September 17, 2003 – June 4, 2018
Here I sit the day after you left us, Ellie Mae by my side because she no longer has you to lay next to and I still cry.
So many memories over the course of our 14.5 years together.
You fit in the palm of my hand when we first brought you home and I carried you around like my baby. I fell in love with you immediately and the bond we shared was real.
You were strong, independent, smart and quizzical. What a personality you had!
You took care of Ellie Mae like she was your baby and she will miss you greatly.
My heart is breaking and the tears are falling as I write this but I know that one day I will see you again. You will remain in my heart and in my memories forever.
Your suffering has ended and I imagine you seeking adventure in your new environment.
Rest in peace my beautiful stinky girl until we meet again.

Ellie Mae always by your side!

“Ugh, not sure I like this new girl!”
