It is not always easy to say goodbye. Not to loved ones, co-workers, fur babies or even to years. As I say goodbye to 2018 I realize that there was a lot of loss and sorrow in these past 12 months but much joy as well.
I have gained a Granddaughter and a Son-in-law. I have made new friends and stayed connected with old friends. I have traveled and raced and have run over 1,000 miles this year.
I am grateful for everyone that has touched my life in some way this past year. I am grateful that my body and mind are strong enough to allow me to continue my adventures. I am grateful for my biggest supporter and fan, my husband. Without him my adventures would be dull. He keeps a smile on my face while supporting me to push my limits. Thank you Mark, I love you.
